Here’s a few tips I’ve found that work well for me . . . .
1. Use your kitchen scissors to cut green onion. Quick and easy!
2. Beat eggs before adding them to your ingredients. They blend easily.
3. Substitute applesauce for oil in recipes. You can sub half & half or sub all for applesauce. It cuts alot of fat from the recipe and tastes great!
4. Rinse ground beef in hot water to cut fat. Once your beef is brown, rinse, then add your seasonings.
